All materials must be submitted before an accurate completion date can be established.

Any and all additional files needed for the project need to be E-mailed / attached with your name, and which page / project name the files correspond to.

• Text changes are preferred in Microsoft Word format
• Pictures and graphics should be in .jpg or .gif format
• Other types of files are fine but may have slightly longer turnaround time
