How can I Make a Donation to TMS?
Making a donation to TMS is easy. You can make a tax deductible donation via our Donation form* or you can contribute to the Angel Fund or Scholarship Fund described below.
Angel Fund
Would you like to be a TMS Angel? Would you like to sponsor a mastocytosis patient in need? If so, the TMS Angel Program is looking for people like you!
Each year, The Mastocystosis Society has members who request to have their membership dues waived due to temporary financial hardships. This may be due to loss of a job, health insurance, the high costs of prescription medications, etc. The TMS Angel Program would pair a member in need with a member who would like to donate $35 to cover the annual membership dues of a member in need. All is done confidentially so as to protect the privacy of all involved. Wanda Hermann will be handling the details of The Angel Program. This program has been developed in response to the generosity of the online Mastocytosis community.

The Mastocytosis Society Scholarship Fund
TMS has received several generous donations to help another patient or caregiver attend the 2006 Annual conference. If you have not been a scholarship recipient within the last five years, and would like to apply for a scholarship to help you and/or your immediate family attend the conference because of your financial situation, please complete the Scholarship Form* and mail, email or fax it by September 20, 2006 to:

We have discussed the possibility of giving smaller scholarships, up to $250, to more than one applicant, so we can help as many people as possible attend the TMS conference in Maine! Naturally, we will disperse all funds donated for this purpose! All scholarship applications will remain confidential, and all winning applicants will be notified by phone, mail, or email.
