TMS Board launches new web site

On behalf of the members of the Board of Directors, I am pleased to announce that the Mastocytosis Society (TMS) has launched their brand new web site! After months of hard work from both the Board and the Research Subcommittee, we are proud to bring you up-to-date TMS information and important disease-related information on this new site.

We are also delighted to announce that our new web site will be promoted in the press release slated to be released this week by the University of Michigan announcing our grant award to Dr. Cem Akin. It will first go out to reporters and then be sent by fax to more than 500 referring physicians in Michigan, Ohio and Indiana in the specialties of hematology/oncology, dermatology and allergy!

Feel free to peruse the site and let us know what you think. This is a Board approved site, but your opinion matters! We very much want our patients, caregivers, and doctors to be as happy with the site as we are!

There is much medical content yet to be added to the site as we are feverishly organizing a Medical Advisory Board to review the extensive medical content we have compiled over the last several months. So, please check back often for updates!
