Galloway Pharmacy Partners with Azur Pharma to offer Gastrocrom Rebate

Azur Pharma is pleased to announce a partnership with Galloway Pharmacy, a specialty pharmacy set up to assist Gastrocrom patients. Patients will be able to fill their prescriptions through this mail order service, and reduce their out of pocket expenses by up to $25 per prescription

Our specialty pharmacy will work diligently on each patient's behalf to ensure the best possible access to Gastrocrom.

The Galloway Key Account team will offer patient a team of dedicated representatives for

• Prescription intake,
• Prescription adjudication and delivery in a timely manner.
• Appeals for any denials received from the adjudication efforts. (They maintain an appeal efficiency level of greater than 96%.)

The program is simple. Just print out the attached Gastrocrom coupon and prescription form to take with you on your next physician visit.

The form will need to be filled out with the prescription information and signed, then faxed to Galloway Pharmacy for fulfillment. The Gastrocrom prescriptions will be shipped via Fed Ex overnight free of charge. The $25 coupon will be automatically applied to the prescription out of pocket costs and also for each subsequent refill.
