Critical Therapeutics Awards TMS $4,000

Valerie Slee, Co/ Vice Chair, and Rita Barlow, Chair, are happy to announce receipt of an unspecified educational grant to TMS from Critical Therapeutics of Cambridge, Massachusetts. The grant is in the amount of $4,000 and can be used for various patient education initiatives, including printing and mailing The Chronicles.

The grant was generously arranged for on our behalf by Frederick (Rick) Finnegan, Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Critical Therapeutics, after he became aware of The Mastocytosis Society while working on getting Zileutin (Zyflo)™ back on the market. Rick met with Valerie and Rita and offered assistance from Critical Therapeutics in other future endeavors. We appreciate the time that Rick spent with us, and we are so very grateful for the educational grant money we received from Critical Therapeutics. We look forward to working together in the future!
